Last Tuesday, Mimi and Papa went to Katherine's class and helped them build a scarecrow. Dad took pictures and Mom taught the lesson. Dad said that Mom was "in her element!" Katherine's teacher, Mrs. McWilliams, (who is AWESOME!) posted pictures on her website.
They built a full sized scarecrow and read a picture book titled, The Little Old Lady who wasn't afraid of anything. Katherine got to show the class the motions that went along with the book.
It was a big time for all!!
