Katherine got her first bloody nose. Her class playing during recess at her school when somehow she was kicked in the nose. I think she and a classmate were playing on the ground, when he tried to get up. His foot and her nose made a connection.
Apparently, she cried (so would I!) and got a lot of sympathy from Miss Erin.
She is just fine and no damage has been done.
