I thought I might throw in there what we did on Friday morning.....
Frank and I walked around the Vegas strip to just see what we could see. We ended up in Paris. (the casino, not the city....obvious, I guess). Anyway, Frank entered a poker tournament. So, to entertain myself, I sat down at the penny slots. I put $3 in and walked out with $9. I just had the best time sitting there goofing around and winning 1 cent at a time. I guess I'm cheap entertainment. Wait a minute....that doesn't sound right.....
Frank made it to the final table but lost in the end. Oh well.
After that, we walked around the mall connected to Caeser's Palace. I do not know how people could afford anything in those stores. It was high end stuff. The ceiling is neat though. It changes from dawn to dusk over a 1 hour period. They have it set up like your walking the streets of Rome.....complete with the Trevi fountain. (Frank and I threw a penny over our shoulder into the fountain for good luck.) We looked completely ridiculous but hey, it's Vegas...so who cares!
I'd like to throw in too, that Celine Deon has her own Collosseum in Caesars. Um. Is that when you've made it big or totally sold out?
