September 11

Today is a unique day in our household.

September 11 is Frank's birthday. We celebrate birthdays in a big way at our house. Birthday week is more like it.... I think birthdays are very important. I'm really glad that Frank was born. He is a sweet and kind person. He's a wonderful husband and a great father. Those who know Frank, know that he can take a super short story and make it really long. It is part of his charm. I love him for that and for so many other things. Happy Birthday Sweetheart!

The other reason today is unique, I hope is obvious. I remember where I was when the planes hit, I remember that I called my father, I remember that we were all very scared. So much has changed since 9/11/01. I pray for the victims in New York, Pennsylvania, and at the Pentagon. I pray for those who were left behind, may they have peace. I pray for the terrorists, may God have mercy on them.
