I'm a loser

OK, I hope I am loser...of weight, I mean.

I have started a new diet.  It is from http://www.livestrong.com/.  I can input my calories, grams of fat, sodium, my water intake and exercise. 

It is day 2 and I am doing pretty good.  I am certainly learning about what I eat and how many calories/fat I am taking into my body!

I have learned that my walking all over the school and just taking care of the girls burns calories.  Score!

I didn't do as well today, despite my efforts to eat well.   However, the sun comes up tomorrow and hopefully my weight goes down. (ba dum ching!)
