To my friend.

Marriage is an amazing and wonderful thing....an institution as some may say. 

When you are able to tell the one you love that you will both be together....forever....it is an amazing and wonderful thing. 

Marriage began when our world began with Adam and Eve.  Adam and Eve had their problems, you know, the whole forbidden fruit dispute, but they still made it through.  They survived amid other things....starting the world, naming the animals, raising sons and losing a son.  They are a good lesson for us all.  Marriage will have its ups and downs, valleys and hills along the way, however, we all know that love really is the glue to it all.

This is for my very good friend.  I am so very happy for you, my friend.  May your lives be enhanced by the journey in front of you both.  May your lives be enriched by the experiences you both are bringing to your union.

Marriage is an amazing and wonderful thing.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12


Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!


Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone?


Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
