Oh the humanity.....!

My computer has been broken since Saturday. Oh the humanity!!!! (thanks Frank for breaking it). But to redeem himself, it is fixed. So the delay in blogging has not been by choice...

Anyhoo....

Last weekend, Katherine and I went to Mexia to participate in the craft fair. Mom, Dad and I had a booth to sell all kinds of crafts. All of our profits go to the Michael Nutt Good Guy Scholarship. We made....are you ready for it.....drum roll please..... $2,705! That is a heck of a lot of money and it all goes towards sending "good guys" to college. We had a lot of fun too.

Here is a photo to help you get the vision.

After the craft fair, we went to Kathy's house to help decorate her tree. Frank met us there. Kathy, Raymond, Frank, Katherine and I made a very sad attempt to get all of the decorations out on Saturday night. We were all so tired that it got about half done.

So on Sunday, we finished it because the Decorating Fairies didn't get the memo to finish over night. haha!

Sunday afternoon, Kathy and I took Katherine to Katherine to get her Christmas photos taken. (I highly recommend Target studios by the way) At any rate, Katherine was a real trooper. For whatever reason, she decided to take her nap early in the morning. This meant that no afternoon nap happened. Her nap is usually 2 - 4 in the afternoon. So her 5:20 p.m. appointment would be perfect, right? Kathy and I were a bit worried.

Well, she actually did really super inspite of her fatigue. The pictures are adorable. After they were done, Kathy and I waited around Target to see the proofs. Katherine only had one melt down. While looking at the proofs, Katherine had a peanut butter organic bar and some milk. (that was all that was available by the way). It was a great idea until Katherine got so tired that she couldn't keep her eyes open and the peanut butter bar had melted. So we left Target with peanut butter goo all over our clothes and Katherine passed out on my shoulder. It wasx great. :) I can't wait to post the proofs.

This week has been pretty average. More blog updates, more often....that's my motto!
