Great Weekend!

This past weekend, we celebrated 2 big events! My birthday and Mother's Day. This is my 2nd Mother's day. Yea! It is my 30th birthday. Boo.

Friday night, Frank, Katherine and I went to Red Lobster for a nice birthday dinner. We had a gift card so that made it extra cool. I love free dinner! Katherine was an angel which made it even better.

On Saturday, we hung out with Kathy and then my parents came to Kathy's on Sunday. It was such a nice day. We had ribs (YUM!!), pea salad and beans. My mom brought ice cream cake for my birthday. I don't eat regular cake. I have just never liked it. But my mom makes an ice cream cake that has oreos, ice cream, whip cream, nuts and chocolate syrup.... I mean... it is DIVINE!

We also took Katherine swimming. That girl loves to swim.

I got lots of nice presents. It is nice to have so many people who love you!
