Great weekend

Mimi and Pappa came up to Dallas for a great visit! Friday afternoon, we started out in Watauga. Mom and I went to visit my friend, Abbey, who just had a baby. She and Wes are the proud parents of Micah. He is just the cutest little thing!

After that, we headed over to Dallas. Frank picked up Chili's to go and it was really good after a long day. Saturday morning, Mom and Dad went to an all day Neill Sperry landscaping seminar.

Frank, Katherine and I headed out to Northpark Mall. We really didn't have any thing in mind, we just wanted to get out and walk around. It was nice.

Once Mom and Dad returned from their plant workshop, it was time for steak. We all headed out to Texas Land & Cattle. The food tasted good even though we waited too long. It took an hour and a half to be seated and served. Katherine was an angel....yeah!

On Sunday, Mom and I went shopping at Northpark Mall. I love Northpark Mall. I saw a women in a full-length mink coat.....at the mall....full-length, really?.....at the mall.

Anyway, I digress. I found a "woo-hoo!" deal on some black riding boots. They are bee-yoo-ti-fool! We also found a very cute outfit for Katherine. It was a pair of jeans, a shirt and a letter jacket for under $15. Now that is a deal.

All in all, great weekend!
