A young lady from Mexia was brutally assaulted/raped, stabbed and left for dead by 2 men on Tuesday night. Despite her injuries, she walked a 1/2 mile to a home. The homeowners called 911 and she was airlifted to Scott & White Hospital in Temple. She is now in stable condition.
She just graduated from Mexia High School and was headed off to college in the fall. She is a sweet, Christian girl. She is obviously an amazing young women and we are grateful she is alive.
What these 2 men did was sick. They have been caught, thank God.
But she and her family need your prayers, not just today but everyday for a longtime. Pray for the men too, that they will accept their wrongdoing and feel remorse. Pray that these 2 men will think of what they have done everyday that they are in jail.
And after you say those prayers, pray for her again.
