Monday, Monday

I have spent the day nesting. Laundry, cleaning, crafting, thank you note scripting....very productive. I didn't really go through this with Katherine so I am amazed by the process and feeling. I am embracing it, in fact! So much is getting done in our house.

On a completely different note, here is a a glimpse of today's Katherine conversation... keep in mind, she can't say her "L"s or "R"s yet, so, in my opinion, it is even more humerous.

Katherine: What are we doing?
Me: We are pulling into the bank drive thru
Katherine: Why?
Me: To deposit a check
Katherine: Are we going in together?
Me: No, just going through the drive through
Katherine: Actually, I would like to maybe go inside
Me: Well, we are staying in the car.
Katherine: *pause* Well, I'm thirsty, tell them I want a Sprite.
Me: Banks don't have Sprite
Katherine: Why?
Me: Silent AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
